"Made by us. Customized for you. Quality that outperforms. Priced to win."

3E Workwear is manufacturer-direct. We operate three factories in Asia, which allows us to control quality, lead times, and production capacity—while giving you flexibility in customization, sizing, and branding. While our core focus is PPE and FR workwear, we also manufacture first responder protective clothing; and when an item falls outside our in-house capabilities, we can support it efficiently through our established factory network in Asia, sourcing directly with the manufacturers that produce those products.

Why Choose 3E?

Owned factories in Asia = Consistent Specs & QC Control

What this means for a buyer:

  • Consistency run-to-run: owning the factory helps keep fabrics, trims, sizing, and construction consistent instead of changing with different third-party suppliers.
  • Quality control leverage: you can implement your own inspection standards (incoming materials, in-line checks, final checks) and correct issues faster because you’re not “one customer among many.”
  • Faster problem resolution: if a spec needs adjusting (reflective tape placement, seam reinforcement, label changes), it’s easier to implement directly.
  • Better cost control: fewer middle layers can mean more predictable pricing for contract supply.
  • B2B supply (Bulk + Repeat Orders)

    What B2B customers care about:

  • Bulk purchasing: quoting based on quantities, packaging preferences, and delivery locations (job sites, warehouses, multiple branches).
  • Repeat ordering: customers want to reorder the same item without re-specifying everything each time.
  • Procurement-friendly: clear quoting, lead times, and substitution/alternates when needed (with approval).
  • Account-style support: one point of contact, order history, and consistency across locations.
  • Flexible Fulfillment

    Ship From Canada

  • Option A — Ship from Canada (when stocked): best for replenishment and faster turnaround on common items.
  • Option B — Program/direct supply: best for larger quantities, custom branding, or planned rollouts, where you align production to forecasted demand.
  • Hybrid approach: many customers do a planned initial order (program) and then replenish from stocked items where possible.
  • Program Support For Standardizing Crew PPE

A Strong Differentiator For Safety Managers.
    “Standardizing” usually includes:

  • Approved styles list: a defined set of SKUs (e.g., “HiVis hoodie v1, HiVis jacket v2, FR coverall v1”) so everyone buys the same thing.
  • Size run planning: ensure the size range is covered and repeatable.
  • Branding consistency: consistent logo placement, thread/color choices, and decoration method.
  • Onboarding new hires: easy process to outfit new employees without redoing the whole order each time.
  • Budget control: standardized items reduce one-off purchases and simplify purchasing approvals.
  • Customization Support (Logos, Private Label & Program Setup)

Make your PPE and workwear consistent across crews with a customization program built for B2B ordering. We support a full range of decoration and branding options—so you can match your brand standards, improve on-site professionalism, and simplify repeat orders.
    Customization Methods We Support

  • Embroidery: Durable, professional finish for polos, jackets, hoodies, and many workwear garments.
  • Heat Transfer (HTV / Digital Transfers): Clean logo application with sharp detail—ideal for many HiVis items and hard-to-embroider fabrics.
  • Screen Printing: Cost-effective for larger runs and bold logos on tees, sweatshirts, and select outerwear.
  • Patches (woven, embroidered, PVC/rubber): Great for a premium look and easy standardization across multiple garment types.
  • Sewn Labels / Private Label: Custom neck labels, size labels, care labels, and branded tags for a private-label presentation.
  • Reflective / HiVis Branding Options: Branding approaches designed to work with high-visibility garments while keeping placement clean and consistent.
  • Custom Packaging (optional): Branded polybags, hangtags, and carton labeling for organized distribution and kitting.
